As simple as it sounds – once you decide to go ahead, we will do all the leg work for you including; completing our take on process; contacting your old accountant; registering as your agent with HMRC; issuing an engagement letter; and getting our services ready to go. All within 7 days.
Onboarding
We agree fees in advance, and allow you to spread the cost monthly
We work on a fixed fee basis and always tell you what the fee will be BEFORE we do the work. No surprises, ever. For clients on one of our packages we collect fees monthly allowing you to smooth the cost across the year.
We provide a 100% money back guarantee for any month your not completely satisfied with our service
If you’re not totally satisfied, we’ll give you all of your money back for that month. No questions asked, no hard feelings.
Early Relationship
We always reply within 24 hours when you email or call
When you get in touch with a question or need advice, we’ll always come back to you within one working day. In fact, it’s often even quicker.
We speak to you at least once a month to check in
You’ve probably figured by now that we believe in working very closely with our clients. That’s why we touch base with all of them at least once a month.
We are contactable between 8am-8pm, 5 days a week
We know business doesn’t always happen between 9-5 so if you need to speak to us outside of these hours just let us know, we’re contactable.

Tax rates and bands change each year, meaning so could the most tax efficient mix of salary and dividends. That’s why we review it annually so you never pay more than you should.
We keep track of the amount we save you in tax every year
We’re so confident we’ll find tax savings in your business that at the end of each year we provide all our clients with a tax saving summary showing what we’ve saved you.
