Competitive salary based on market rate
25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holiday days
Once experience has been built up we offer hybrid working- we do ask for a minimum of 3 days in the office each week
We ask that contracted hours are worked and all staff are in the office between the hours of 10am-3pm on a Friday. Outside of this hours can be flexed.
- New business incentive – for any monthly retainer client you refer who comes on board you’ll receive 10% of their agreed annual fee.
- New employee incentive – £500 for anyone you refer who we employ

Fancy a more environmentally friendly commute to work put pedal to the metal and bike your way into Raw HQ. The Cyle to Work Scheme works through salary sacrifice. We’ll offer you an interest- free loan upfront for a bike and deductions are then taken from your payslip before tax.

Useful info for interview candidates...
Our office location
We’re based in central Wokingham. Easily accessible by car and walking distance from Wokingham train station. Close to a host of amenities from supermarkets to cafes and shops. Directions will be shared with candidates ahead of scheduled interviews.
Our interview process
For most roles there will be an initial phone call followed by 1 or 2 informal style interviews for the right candidates. Interviews will include competency style questions and we will ask about your interests as we’ll want to get to know you.
Our dress code
On a day-to-day basis our dress code is casual, no suits here. We just ask if you’re visiting a client/representing the company to be thoughtful about what you’re wearing.
